I've been coming to Floyd's for many years but this last visit was not great. My hair stylist Ariel was too busy telling my all about her dating history to really listen to what I wanted. The cut wasn't layered at all and I did not get a shampoo/conditioner treatment that was requested just the deep conditioner treatment so my hair was really greasy looking after. I do have curly hair and I asked for her to just diffuse it and I'm not sure if she's ever done that because my hair was flat with no curling product added.. not very happy about the service

I understand it’s a barbershop, but it’s nice to go in and see women there and they know how to cut women’s hair. And I would recommend this to any woman cause it’s like I love. I love this shop.
