Ability to schedule appointments in-line or by phone. The stylists were staying on schedule. My stylist (Alex) was friendly and did a very nice job and was done in less time than I expected.

Yvonne always gives a great cut, is nice to chat with, and makes sure I'm out quickly which helps me be able to go reliably during a work day.

I need my haircut monthly, my barber at Floyd’s always gives me exactly what I want and then some, she makes me look better than the last time every single time and it always boosts my confidence walking out of there. I can definitely say I’m one of those people that always looks forward to getting my haircut! The barbers are educated on the products and always know which one is the best for your hair type and style.
