I love the shops atmosphere and how friendly the front desk people are when checking in. However, I also want to give a full shoutout to: AVA! When I moved here I was nervous about finding a new stylist. Ava not only was so welcoming from the very beginning, but she understands the assignment. Any reference photos I’ve shown her she takes it and makes it 1000 times better and adds her own touch. There has never been a time since going to her where she has not done an excellent job. I went in wanting to originally grow out my hair, but then decided to chop it off and ever since I have had amazing compliments about this being my best haircut/style. I enjoy my appointment days and look forward to seeing her because she is very friendly, too. She is genuinely an amazing human. :)

I've had other stylists before Ariel and gone to other Floyd locations. They're all very good at what they do and you can tell they're well trained. That is what got me to keep coming back initially. After my first appointment in Ariel's chair, I now go out of my way to go to the Cinema Point location. She has a fantastic personality and she's always down for whatever weird antics I want to do with my hair. She's also always makes great product recommendations that helped me achieve what I'm looking for.
