My barber was great and the shop waited for me even though I was late and understanding it was beyond my control. I tried calling into the location several times but could not get through the automated system. I am so thankful they called me and were willing to wait. So Floyd's as a corporation you get a failing grade but the person who called me and my barber get a 10 / 10 ! I will see chris again for sure but Floyd's corporate, you do a terrible job.

Scheduling and the timeliness

For 11 years, I've tried to find someone to cut my son's hair, correctly. He has very fine hair and A LOT of it plus a cowlick. It's not an easy cut. We finally found Laun and we will follow him where ever he goes! Both boys hair has never looked so amazing!! Both boys love him so much. The check-in check-out staff has always been so curious and professional. I won't go anywhere else and will recommend you facility to everyone ❤️ Thank you so much!!!

The guy who cut my hair was super cool and nice. The haircut would have been perfect except that the “hard line” he shaved into where my part was about half an inch wide and a little too long. Still great environment
