Floyd's 99 services are priced well, and executed well. My only complaint is that the Phone App is useless because it ignores coloring services & therefore books appointment duration for the cut only. Requires a call to book the coloring too, so I just ignore the app & always schedule by phone. Seems like it would, or at least could, make complete hash of the stylists' schedules, and require excessive effort to correct those schedules.
