I retired from the military after 20 years and as you may know grooming standards are important and precise! After all of those years I believe Laura consistently gives me the best haircut I’ve ever had! She is personable, attentive, and clearly knows what she is doing. Haircuts used to be a chore but I honestly look forward to seeing Laura every two weeks. I know Floyd’s has a Headliner program and I’m surprised she’s not one!

We appreciate that it is easy to schedule appointments online (there are typically many appointment options), and that an “appointment” really is an “appointment” (versus reserving a place in line where you still have to wait a while upon arrival like other salons). Your staff is always friendly and accommodating, and when there has been unexpected “issue” someone contacts me as soon as possible with alternative options. As an additional bonus, the salon is a fun environment too!
