This was first time back to Floyd's C.R. in several years.
I thought the check - in took a bit long, just to announce I was on - site. Having a couple stylists waiting to tell the receptionist they're done and ready to check-out their recently complete client, made for a wait for all involved... seems there could be a better system. This isn't a complaint, just an observation.🤔😏
