I am bringing my family to Floyds for over 15 years now! Whether we have continued on with an employee or toes to use a different one or if they’ve moved on, the company and the employees that are selected, are fabulous! My boys current barber. Is Deb located at the Castle Rock, Colorado Floyds. She is absolutely amazing at her craft, her personality & representing Floyds. The employees that are at the front desk are familiar faces and always have bright smiles and call us by first name when we arrive. I hope they get recognition because right now, they are the reasons we are staying there. My boys are getting older and so they’ve been told by their friends of this Barber and that Barber, but they insist that they go back to Deb and see Elliot at the front desk. I also want to mention this why I have the opportunity. Sheree, also at the Castle Rock Colorado location & is a fellow mother at the same school that my kids attend. She Is a single mother of three. His past year, One of her sons went missing from our school. It was so significant that the city dispatched hundreds Of police officers, Firefighters, ambulance, personnel, and search and rescue staff. I was with her every step of the way while we waited for her son Bentley to be found. Once he was found and being transported by police back to the school, her first thought was contact her boss at Floyds, I wish I knew his name, To let them know that she would not be at work the following day for obvious follow up reasons. It was then, and only then that Sheree started crying because of her negative reaction from her boss. I was appalled! She has been with Floyds for quite some time, and knowing her personally has had a ton of personal stuff going on! She has always made work as much as a priority as her children.
If y’all could reach out to Sheree and possibly reprimand her boss for this heinous reaction to the situation, she and the community had to deal with, I will be forever grateful!
I would also appreciate confirmation and personalized response to my feedback.
I am a prominent member in the community as well as my boys are extremely active in several areas of extracurricular activities. It is always been my pleasure to recommend where the boys get their haircut because it is so good! However, the reaction from this one individual has tainted my opinion, and unfortunately Due to the representation of this “boss“, it has tainted my feedback about Floyds.
