Not a fan of the 20 minute haircut constraints you enacted. Felt like Floyds wants to rush me and rush me out. Loses it’s customer service appeal

Joseph was amazing. Super kind and accommodating. Communicated effectively to make sure I received the haircut that I wanted. Given a simple picture, he absolutely nailed it. Totally transformed my look in a timely manner. Offered a hot towel during my shampoo and conditioner wash, and gave a hot towel shave as well. All within 30 minutes. Can’t wait to come back!
