Jay was one of the most professional barbers I have worked with. It was my first time there. Not many barbers take the time to explain what they are doing as they cut or why. Jay was very detail oriented and even gave me recommendations. I just moved to Denver and to get this type of service from a barber, nothing like it. I really enjoyed it and will be coming in every two weeks just to come see him. The barbershop is lucky to have a barber like Jay. Very genuine and you can tell he cares about what he does with his clients hair. Thank you Jay. You now have another client for life.

There are great barbers in bad shops and bad barbers in great shops.

But one thing that is very consistent is Bobby W at Floyd’s on Chestnut!

This shop’s stylists listen to what I say and offer suggestions to help me achieve my desired look when done. I am always pleased with my haircut when I leave. The staff is always attentive and upbeat and I appreciate the positive atmosphere there. I feel taken care of there.

Bobby W is a terrific stylist/barber and I’ve been to Floyd’s in LaGrange, IL as well as several stores in Denver. I like the vibe and realize the store appears to lack a lot of customers. Unsure why given the location is dynamite. I would say that not every stylist provides the same quality of cut and years ago had to suffer through a few before finding Bobby.

I came in a little uncertain about how I wanted my hair to come out, but with minimal direction they gave me the best cut I've ever had!

It was a little stressful too because I was going from hair that fell past my shoulders to a much shorter cut with a skin fade. And again, it came out perfectly!

I'll 100% be coming back when it's time for a touch up.
