Crystal is incredible. I visit Floyd’s more often since getting my hair cut by Crystal. I can’t say the same for other stylists at the Union Station location or other locations in general, but Crystal at Union Station is great.

Jenn B. was very warm and welcoming. My son had never been to a barbershop before (due to his dad always cutting it) and was a little nervous. He’s a teenager and didn’t fully know what he was looking for, but it had to be good. Jenn spent an hour cutting my son’s hair, explaining everything as she went. He was in love with the haircut and will now be one of her clients. My husband also sees Jenn and is always just as satisfied. My turn will be within the next couple weeks and I’m highly looking forward to it.

I love the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The establishment is LGBTQIA supportive and welcoming. I love my haircut every time. The stylist always seem to know exactly what I want done.
