I had an appointment for 3:20pm. I showed up a little late around 3:25 which was my fault. However, about 4 people were called before me and I wasn’t taken to a chair until 4:35pm. What’s the point of having a reservation? I was very irritated. However, once I got into the chair, the experience was fantastic. My barber was kind and professional, and gave me the exact cut I asked for. When I went to check out, I was given a half off discount for the long wait. Overall, I was disappointed with the long wait time, but the staff were amazing, respectful, and thoughtful. The half off discount was the correct move, and I appreciate the customer service. I will come back again. Hopefully next time my appointment will be faster.
