Well service is usually prompt and great service. This last time was horrible. I had an appointment arrived at least 15 min early waited 45 min while others continued to go before us. I was told the hairstylist took longer than expected customer requested more. If that was the case they should had realized it after the third individual after us not to continue assigned others after us while we waited. Then the cut was horrible and hairstylist was too busy talking another client then realizing what she was doing. Hopefully this will be the first and last of that type of service.
