The staff were very friendly despite the difficult staffing situation they were in, The receptionist/front desk operator (I wish I had gotten their name to put in this review as they were nice) was very professional and upfront about the staffing shortage that they were experiencing at the moment causing the delay in appointment start times however they were very apologetic and professional offering to reschedule to a different time that day or a later date in the future.
And Marissa was an excellent stylist and gave a great haircut and beard trim! I hope the management gives these two individuals some form of recognition and or compensation as they went above and beyond in troubling circumstances.
