I was able to walk in and get taken care of right away! The receptionist said she would see what she could do and i explained that my cut was easy 1mm on the side fade. She asked me to have a seat and a very happy and spirited lady said i can squeeze you in, sure enough they believed me and had me finished in-between other appointments. Things like this haven't happened to me since the world changed. Thanks for being understanding and cool that i didn't have an appointment 🙃

I usually go to a different Floyd's that is closer to where I used to live because I see Melinda at the place on Colfax next to the high school.

But occasionally that doesn't work out for timing.

I've never had a bad experience at a Floyd's since I started coming to you guys for my hair cuts.

This particular time, Stephanie at the Lakewood location helped me.

I really don't like getting my hair cut because I have ADHD and it's hard to sit still. But she talked to me the whole time and made me comfortable.

I've found that other store brands are hot or miss. But at Floyd's, I know I will always get a great experience

I had an amazing haircut and experience from zac at the location. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, enthusiastic and accommodating. He actually used a straight razor and was really focused on the details. The location is further from my house however worth the drive in the future.
