I have never had a bad haircut from any Floyd's location. What I really love about the Union/Lakewood location in particular is the communication as well as the great energy everyone had there working. I also did a walk-in and was pleased that the wait time was reasonable but that my haircut also was not rushed. 10/10 and I plan to return again

Floyd's has incredible products to purchase after appointments. I always leave feeling great, and if ever I thought they didn't do a good job, I could go back that week for free to get it fixed!
