You have two groups of employees at this location, first groups talks about employees and manager they seem to be looking for conflict.

Second group comes to work to do their job and try to avoid negative interactions with others.

A side note, I don’t know why Heather was advanced to management. She seems to stir conflict between employees in the presence of clients.
