From the moment I booked the appointment the people there very professional. I want to give a shout out to Heather Who took my phone call and scheduled my appointment after I told her what I was looking for and what I needed. She was awesome. And Marissa, who cut my hair wax my ears and wax. My nose was so careful and gentle and professional what she does/did for me I can’t say enough at how happy I was when I left, you have outstanding people working for you and that is the most important thing And running and maintaining a successful business.

The gentleman that cut my hair was the strong silent type that it focuses on his craft. Conversations or not, the job was exceedingly well done. My usual barber left this location and I've since been to 2 other Floyd's locations and didn't get the cut I was quite looking for but I did this time around. 10 out of 10. I wanted to write a review to apologize to him for having an organic all natural oil blend in my hair and forgetting that was how I walked out the door that morning. I'm sure it made his job more difficult but his work surely did not reflect it. He had tattoos (jaguar on his forearm) and a ball cap at the last booth. I neglected to catch his name, but he was phenomenal. Cierra D. Was my usual, I'm just thankful for the wonderful talent in this shop. You're credits to the craft!
