I'm terrible with names, but this was the first time I felt like a stylist (even at floyds) actually would talk to me about my hair, and my desires with it. She was amazing, cut was fantastic, and I felt comfortable with the process. Normally, I feel getting a haircut at Floyds is like going to McDonalds... they just want the order, and for you to get out as fast as possible. This was a different experience and much welcomed. Massive difference in customer service
