She’s always so calm and kind, even when the environment seems stressed. I think the time slots are way too short for her to provide the kind of service that makes Floyd’s so great. Consider going back to 30 minute slots. At least for super stars like Bobby.

Your staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Amber always does a great job on my haircut and is the reason why I visit this particular location for a haircut every time, despite having closer locations to where I live.
Angelika is the absolute best. She listens to my requests and reference photos, lets me pick her brain about different hairstyles and products that would work best for my hair type and truly instills confidence in me. I’ll request her every time!
