We've been to Floyd's University on and off over the few moons. Its a hit and miss BUT this time, we scored with Angelika - SHE REALLY DOES NOT HER STUFF. We were lucky to score a back to back appointment for me and my son. She took the time to discuss what we wanted ... talked to us as it was being done. I really appreciate her professionalism and courtesy.
