I had worked with another stylist at this location for a very long time. I was nervous about trying someone new and had come in last minute on a Saturday to see someone or schedule a future appointment. The staff was kind, professional, and the new stylist, Michele, was fantastic. I would say the best experience I have had at a Floyd’s location since first going to one back in 2018.
