Gary is awesome! I drive past three other Floyd’s locations to see him. It is a shame that you’ve now put the stress on your employees to increase productivity by 50%. 20 minutes for a haircut, that’s absurd. How about you lower the cost of your haircut by 25% if you’re going to make my barber rush through it. If a four customers are only five minutes late throughout the day, it sets the barber back a full haircut. I schedule an appointment so I don’t have to wait.
