So having a regular barber/hairdresser is very important to me. As of late, I haven’t had that luxury, and it’s been stressful. Now in the past, i’ve gone to Floyd’s and got my haircut by playing the barber lottery as I call it. And unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience any of those times. However, my hair was getting out of control again and I really needed to get it cut so I took a peek at the Floyd’s app the other day, and I observed that there was stylist’s with the word HEADLINER next to their name. Upon further research I found out that those certain individuals had gained that status due in part for their reviews, and the amount of business that they bring to their establishment. After reading through the headliners at this particular location, I ultimately chose Ali Souder at the 53rd and Wadsworth location in Arvada, CO. She did absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Now I have my regular barber/hairdresser back for the foreseeable future and I couldn’t be more pleased and excited.

Have had three different barbers from your shop. Two of them thanked me for a generous tip when i gave it to them at the end.
The last barber this week did not, that was a turn off to me. Please and thank you are the universal language of good customer service. Cookie would be wise to learn that important lesson.

Well I’ve been using Floyd’s hair products for years, but i come for the community! Everyone is so nice. I usually get a different stylist every time and no mater what I am treated as if they’ve been doing my hair for decades!!

Ali did a wonderful job with my cut. She listened and adjusted to what I wanted. They where ready for me at my appointment time and got me in and out with a great cut.

Megan is fantastic. She provides great customer service and a great cut. 10/10 would recommend.

I set up my appointment online while in town visiting friends for Thanksgiving. I was in getting the cleanest and sharpest straight razor shave I've ever had 10 minutes later. Proper haircut along with it! Atmosphere is clean organized and energizing. Staff was courteous and helpful. Outstanding experience overall. Just wish y'all were in Iowa!

I feel you should be able to comfortably talk with your hairstylist and mine is both super kind and easy to talk to during the haircut. They always ask me what I want to confirm and deliver the perfect cut every time!

You guys have awesome stylist and that is why I keep going back week after week. My stylist Yazmin always does an awesome job cutting my hair. She’s fun and always makes me feel and look great! She is a professional through and through.
