I really liked Mai, she went way in depth (little over the full 30 minutes) and she has probably been the best stylist at any location ive been too. For example, i went to westminster last time (last month) and i got a horrible haircut that took like 10-15 minutes,

I enjoy the care for the customer like a shampoo, hot towel and a fresh shave. It feels very relaxing and just feels like it's done it a more professional setting. Very enjoyable and I'll certainly be back

I know that Floyd's is mostly tailored towards men but I always feel comfortable and accepted as a woman. I think the stylists always do a great job. I don't feel like they are rushing to get to the next client. Everyone is always kind and welcoming.
