Rose is the best part of Floyd's99! My husband and I have been taken care of by Rose for almost 4 years. She provides consistent haircuts that grow out evenly until the next one. She is accommodating to my schedule.
I am treated well when I come into the shop, never waiting longer than a few minutes. Shop is clean and comfortable.
