Staff are always so friendly and clearly know what they're doing. Unfortunately this is the first time I was brought back to the chair later than my appointment time. I saw appointments are now 20 minutes so that is the only change I can think of that would cause this. I would prefer 30 minutes. I got seen on time and had the time to fix or change anything I needed.

1000% Great customer service! My appointment was for 12pm. I arrived an hour early (I'm from out of town) and I called to see if I could get earlier than my scheduled appointment. The manager (I'm spacing her name) was freakin awesome and got me right in! Not only she delivered great customer service, I received the best haircut in over 9 years!!!! I highly recommend Floyds!!!!
