Awesome staff. Needed a quick cleanup, Amber, my stylist in Glendale was booked. Went to Floyd's in Scottsdale as a walk-in. Got seated quickly and had a phenomenal first time cutting by Destiny. Asked how wanted it cut, she listened, clarified my request and she delivered a home run on the first time cutting my hair. Speaks volumes to the quality, skill, and professional standards of Floyd's hiring process and staffing. Job well done!!

Everyone at Floyd’s is super nice and accepting! Rose especially is a pure delight, and works very hard to understand the look I want and work with me to achieve it. I also really, really like how much they embrace and support the LGBTQ community. I certainly feel welcome there!
Rose is the best in town and out of town! My family and I will drive 30+minutes to come and see her and walk out feeling like 100 bucks! That lady needs a raise!
