Jay gave me one of the best haircuts I can remember getting. It was my first time at Floyd’s and all I asked was to make me look good. The cut and the experience were 10/10.

Let me begin by expressing my heartfelt disappointment about the absence of TVs in the shop. Trust me, I’m not alone in this sentiment—many of your customers, myself included, miss them dearly. There’s something uniquely satisfying about getting a fresh cut while catching up on the latest sports action. As someone who spends a significant amount of time serving and caring for others, those moments at Floyd’s Scottsdale with a TV were a cherished escape—a little slice of “me time.”

I know my barber hates sports, but I know she got a kick out of watching me and my fellow sports enthusiasts emotionally overinvest in games that, let’s be honest, rarely go our way.

Now, I know this plea might fall on deaf ears, but it had to be said. Let’s face it: a barbershop without a TV feels… off. And when the vibe is off, it impacts the entire customer experience.

That said, I absolutely adore my barber—she’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The customer service at Floyd’s is consistently top-notch, with everyone being friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.

So, in conclusion: please, for the love of sports, relaxation, and emotional stability, consider bringing back the TVs.
