Service and vibe was great. I’d been frequenting the Tempe shop but I don’t go up that way much anymore so tried the Ocotillo location as I’m only a few miles away, and was very happy. Hannah did a great job and I’ll be back.

Product - The fact that your products are gluten free allows me to bring my son who has celiacs disease. Moreover, the refresh allows us to not have dandruff or sweat into your eyes like gel or other creams would.
Service - CT. While I enjoy Floyd’s, and the vibe, the only reason I go and pay the prices is because of CT at your ocotillo location. I have been going to him for 5 years and each trip is a pleasure.
Suggestion - Let us book 3-4 weeks out. Ct has the same schedule, and I go every 3 weeks, so should be able to just have standing appt or book 3 weeks out. Also. Should be able to pay for an entire year of cuts and get a discount or subscription
