I have been coming to the Ocotillo shop for over a year and my stylist professional is Janna H. and she has been amazing very professional and has met and exceeded my expectations everytime I am in. Janna is a great asset to the Floyd's team.

I have been going to Floyd’s to see Belle for several years now there was a life change for me and I was diagnosed with cancer. I had called to make an appointment with Belle, but I wanted to speak with her first so she knew what we were doing, and if there were tears, she would know why Bill had gotten sick and wasn’t able to make my appointment so I made an appointment with Annie. Annie was fantastic. She knew the situation she made me feel comfortable. She stopped when tears came and gently rub my shoulders. These are the types of Stylist that Floyd’s employees on the bright side once my hair grows back I’ll be back at Floyd’s seeing Belle. Thank you so much. Everyone has been so great to me this hard time.
