Calling on the phone to schedule an appointment is always quick and easy. Natalie, who I always get my hair cut by, is super nice, very knowledgeable and always gives me the exact cut I'm looking for. I consistently leave happy with my cut.

The best thing about Floyds is the people and environment. Natalie is amazing, shes great at her job and makes me feel comfortable and appreciated as a client. She also does a fantastic job of introducing me to new products that I wasn't previously aware of or using.

Erasmo is the king! Amazing artist. From entry everyone is welcoming and if one person wasn’t available, someone who has a second will come assist. It’s great, I had some product questions answered and got my hair cut and was rung out by three different people; fantastic team work and customer care at this location.

Natalie was amazing! She did a great job explaining every step and checking in to make sure I was happy with the cut so far. I don't usually like getting haircuts because they give me anxiety but Natalie put me completely at ease. Definitely the best cut and the best experience I've had.
