Friendly, attention to detail and quality
The stylists is amazing, I followed her from another store, after being a long time customer of hers. In this new environment, I was introduced to new services that I was unaware of. I loved the neck shave, I’ve never had that service before. The closeness was in parallelled and seemingly unique to Floyd’s. I’m glad she moved to this company as it’s given me broader view of different services.

Panda was great listener to make sure how I like her to cut my hair. Each step, she checked with me: length of side, blending side and top, back of hair neck line and more. She is a very friendly and skilled stylist that I can feel comfortable and can trust her, and i personally think she has been the best stylist I ever had in Phoenix. Definitely, I will book with her again.
I like how Loralee can keep notes in my file so i don’t have to remember how i like my hair cut. Shoulder massage is nice.

Peyton always does an amazing job with my hair and beard. I get compliments on my beard when I go out. I make sure to recommend her when people ask.
I like that there is a very flexible atmosphere, like I can easily ask something about my heart, I can change my appointment if I need to, and I can ask for a talkative or silent appointment. With the barber I go to, I feel very comfortable having her cut my hair and I feel she doesn’t a great job. I also really like how she does a little something extra at the end of my haircut
