I recommend CarePatrol for a variety of reasons. Making a decision to place a loved one in a care facility is difficult--very, very difficult. They checked in with me for literally years during my husband's declines and plateaus; they were never pushy or impatient. They are interested in you finding the best match for your loved on and the facility. There are a lot of choices out there, but they narrow it down based on your input so that you can make the best decision possible. It is then up to you to visit, talk, ask questions of the different places you chose to visit to select what is needed.
CarePatrol went above and beyond for us, even to the point of connecting me with a care provider out-of-state when we had to attend a family wedding. Having an aide at the wedding was instrumental in taking care of my husband's needs plus allowing me to enjoy the wedding as well--peace of mind all the way around.
I had no idea where to begin to research over 55 local communities until I discovered Care Patrol. Based on a few questions, Angela, of Care Patrol, selected about 6 properties she determined would be appropriate to visit. She scheduled a visit to each property for a tour and lunch.The service she provided was excellent. As a result, I was able to narrow down the properties I was the most interested in. I received brochures, pricing and amenities from each property which was very helpful. This saved me a tremendous amount of time and research. I would highly recommend Angela of Care Patrol.
We would like to thank Tammy for the outstanding service she provided to our family. When my father-in-law needed more care than we could give him we didn't know what to do. We weren't really familiar with all of the options and were trying to avoid skilled nursing. Tammy found the perfect solution for us (a PCH). Cindy listened to our needs and came up with options that fit. She also helped talk me through difficult decisions so that we could stay focused on goals rather than getting sidetracked on less relevant issues.
We have been working with Dina Cucunato for a couple years now with two sets of parents. She is so personable and caring. She is always prompt to return calls and gather information for us. She communicates well with elderly people and makes them feel comfortable. Dina is knowledgeable about many of the senior living facilities. She is always willing to take time with us. We are well pleased as Care Patrol has made it so much easier to find the "just right" facilities for our parents.
