well, the service was good.. there was a man their whom could not speak English very well(weird to be in customer service??I called and could NOT understand him.. i thought i had the wrong number!) but other than that the other fellow was very helpful and on track...I will go back the service was good by being fast!

We have used Metal Supermarkets for many years. We were doing our business with the Burnsville location and a few months back began to get very poor service, taking way to long to get our steel materials to us, it seemed like the employees did not understand our needs, very unacceptable. We stopped and started to use the Roseville location with great results, materials ordered were shipped out and received in an acceptable time frame. The ability to get various types of speciality steel products without buying large quantites is great for our business.
I like that I can look through the scrap cuts for a cheaper price. Although lat time I bought from your scrap pile I wasn't given a proper discount, probably because the cashier was new.
I would like to say what I don't like about your invoices.
