Misunderstanding of s. s. sheet finish (by me) followed by an extremely helpful and friendly correction with exchange of product for one with the correct finish in just a few days.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to what I was asking for. Service was very efficient with materials supplied and cut to size right away. Help on loading the materials was readily provided. I would happily use the company again, and in fact some of the metal I bought, which is left over, I could perhaps have reshaped and trimmed for another detail on my project and I may well call in to ask about that.

Service is quick and simple, particularly for someone like me buying a small order. And prices are good, compared to somewhere like B and Q.
