Trying to contact the office by phone is frustrating. I spent 30 minutes on hold. At one time the recording told me I was next in queue, the next time it notified me I was #6 in queue. But when I did connect with the office, they could not contact the delivery system and said they would give me a call back. I never received a call back. This happened on 2 different occasions. After 3 days, the delivery driver arrived to refill my tank. Moreover, I was not notified of the $75. charge for a Leak Test because my tank had run out of propane. It would have been nice to know about this extra fee ahead of time.

We just call when we need propane and they are usually at our house the next day; nice people and good service.

I already recommend you to my neighbor. Delivery was great but would like a heads up when the delivery time will be so I can make sure our dog won't run out to help the delivery man. Usually when a delivery truck comes (Amazon , mailman etc) Otis has to check them out. Some people don't mind dogs but some are fearful. We have a doggie door so our dog goes out freely so if he hears anyone in our back yard he will great him/her. Thanks so much for keeping us warm.
