Very helpful on the phone. Each person who actually came on site for delivery/service was very competent and friendly. The only reason that I didn't score a "10" is that the service department who actually schedules a visit isn't very communicative and when I had a problem with someone showing up unplanned, I wasn't allowed to actually talk to the people who schedule visits. I was told I had to wait for them to call me.

The driver was very professional and considerate of the property. He had a ways to pull the hose for the fueling. He did so being careful not to pull the hose against the building or porches.
