I don't know much about metal. I have a friend who does. When I needed something specific for an art project he recommended you folks. Lately I needed a piece of metal for another non art project. I stopped by and the fellow at the front desk helped me chose a piece of aluminum from the bins out front. He cut a piece the size I needed and them I bought the metal. I have not completed the project yet but I have tested the sizing and it looks like it will work.
There is almost always the exact material in stock that I need for my projects. The odd time that it wasn't in stock, staff were able to suggest a suitable alternate product to use that was in stock, so there has never been any delay in getting my projects done.
