First time I used the store in Edmonton, but used your Burnaby BC store many times. Able to buy what I need, in the quantity I need at a good price. Staff have always been helpful, friendly and efficient.

The thing that impresses me the most is the quality of service. Everyone from the person taking the order to your employee helping carry steel out to the vehicle are courteous, friendly and respectful.
It sounds odd, but businesses don't teach good sales and service edicate to employees anymore, especially those that deal directly with the public.
I can tell you for certain that it's not by chance that everyone at metal supermarket goes out of their way to help and is a pleasure to deal with.
Oh, I should also mention your selection and pricing are great as well.
