Customer service was next level. I came in with my baby which is not common for this type of shop but the employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. He even carried out my small piece to my truck for me and I'm not even a lady. The prices are competitive also.

Ordering was clear and easy. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. When I called the person I spoke to was pleasant and helped me arrange the return and allowed me to send a sample to insure I would get the exact part I needed. Very pleased !

Excellent first-class service, even for my small job. I contacted a Company in Salisbury, where I live, which supposedly specialises in metal services, but was told that, because it's a small job, I would have to wait at least a week until a spare slot becomes available on their laser cutter.

So again excellent company and would definitely use again.

I was able to purchase exactly what I needed from their collection of small-stock rectangular tubing. The customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to this location the next time I need to metal small projects around the house.
