Stylist Elli was very polite, professional & pleasant to deal with. This was my 1st time at SportClips-Hagerstown and she asked what I wanted to have done as far as my hair trimmed and she explained step by step on what was offered. I had a very pleasant conversation and experience with the warm cloth on my face while receiving my hair washing and the neck massage was a nice experience. Elli is an asset to the franchise and I hope to deal with her on my next trip there.
