I’ve been to the Hagerstown location three times. My first and third visits were very good; the second visit was not.
During my second visit, I had to ask for the hot towel. She was reluctant to scissor cut my hair, and wanted to wash my hair after she cut it, rather than before, as I requested. When I asked that she trim my beard, she was also reluctant. Sports Clips is more expensive than other salons; the operator at least should want to be there, and want to provide the service. I almost did not come back, but I thought I would give it another try, since I really liked the service at my first visit.
Chrystal was the operator for my third visit, and it was excellent. She was very positive, and cut and washed my hair and trimmed my beard exactly the way I asked. Hot towels and scalp massage were great. I will make an appointment with Chrystal from now on.
