I rarely have a positive interaction while getting my hair cut. Long story short, I watched a person get stabbed many years ago and I'm not usually comfortable when someone is handling sharp objects near me. I don't generally share that sort of information, but Laila wasn't just cutting my hair. She was paying attention and it meant a great deal to me.

The MVP+ service offers a outstanding value proposal, the whole staff there seems to be very professional, focused, comforting, knowledgeable, and experienced. The haircut took about 20-30 minutes, was done great and has led to me getting several compliments, they have a great sense of products to Upsell that are right for the customers needs, and I didn’t walk out feeling obligated to buy anything additional, very great non pushy, and a delightful experience.
