My favorite part about yoga is the peaceful AND green environment. Overall, the teachers are all consistent and good yoga teachers; however, I do wish they did more hands on corrections, lit candles more often to enhance the serenity in the room.
I love that the institute tries to keep everything natural (cork blocks, reusable water, the lamps, etc) and I love the space we were in while performing our practice.

I really enjoyed the class even though I am morbidly obese and don't have much flexibility. I think this is something I can see myself doing in the future. The space is very nice and the staff has to be the second best staff of any facility located at u square

Personal attention to every little detail. The cleanliness of the studio and rest rooms and showers and lobby. I love that your instructor checks you in and is available for questions afterwards. I especially love how you have taken great care to provide a green space, from the recycled kroger bags in the changing room to the cork floors. A great place to be.
There are so many reasons!! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, to yogies of all levels of experience! The classes are a great level of rigor--I always feel like the instructor is taking my practice as seriously as I am. I love the respect that the studio asks of its yogies--quiet in the room, gentleness in the locker room. And I love Moksha yoga! It's a beautiful, stretching practice that I can do forever and always improve. The studio offers great class times. Lastly, the studio is modern, clean, and uses sustainable practices.
