As of now, I have only played Pickleball here, but look forward to participating in some classes and using the machines.

I like the group exercises because they are fun and challenging. I wish there were more scheduled times of the m/h intensity workouts.
The Y is one of our biggest assets in the Valley. It is a safe haven in a challenging world. All the staff are friendly. I can exercise, swim or play cards. I can leave prayer requests at table. Brandon prays with us after water aerobics. There is not a thing to dislike
The hammer machines great for older people

There is something for everyone no matter what age you are or physical ability. I am using the machines to regain strength in my legs. I hope to join water therapy soon.

The sauna needs fixed. It's either 145 or 185 or 160 or 150 or 170 and my poor feet are burning up on the tile. You should move some of those nasty mats that are in the men's showers to the floor in the sauna.
