Friendly and knowledgeable staff, classes not too crowded.
Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. I have not been for a class since I moved to London a year ago from the North East. It has taken me a long time to feel settled. I went to ask about movers and shapers and was given a tour of the facilities. Arianna gave me lots of information and answered my questions. I felt at ease to return.
Maria signed me up for my free trial and gave me some in formation on some of the classes offered.
My free trial was PUMP with Lotta. I spoke to her before the class and she helped me sort a locker. She told me what the class was like and advised me not only at the beginning but as a newbie I felt she was keeping an eye on me.
After the class Lotta also came to say goodbye and made sure I got my things from the locker before I left. I will be signing up to return to movers and shapers as thanks to the staff I met on the 2 occasions that I have visited. Thank you for making a very nervous and fitness conscious lady feel at ease to start to get into shape again.
Really enjoyed my first Power HIIT class and in the process recovered long lost muscles that need working on. New year new me - I will definitely come back to get fit again!

The staff at Movers and Shapers are so good - I am very nervous about gyms, easily intimidated, much older than 99% of the clientele and very shy about joining a class. So far the people at Movers and Shapers have made me feel very welcome and they are not at all intimidating. They refer to it all as a "family" which is a very appealing image, and so far (it is very early days for me) it pretty much feels that way.

Understanding of injury
The Queen's Park team are good at listening to us re our injuries and helping us to train without straining. Yasemine is brilliant manager who is keen to listen and look after her clients.
The power plate classes are great, although there could be a few more of them. The gym-based classes are good too, but we notice that there are no head blocks for Pilates which is why we do not engage with those sessions.
We thoroughly enjoy the positive approach created by the team at mosh Queen's Park and it encourages us to return, often. We have already recommended to several friends. Our only issues are the lack of equipment for Pilates, mentioned earlier, and the limited amount of power plate classes available to us and our diffucult and ever changing schedule. Still, we manage to find something to enjoy most days!
I really like the small class sizes and the variation of classes so I can go to the gym for an hour or an hour and a quarter and do two classes that are totally different which makes working out much more fun. The instructors know me by name too which definitely makes the time at the gym more welcoming.

The classes are small and I like that they are 30 minutes, 45 minute max. The instructors are friendly and do tend to accommodate exercises depending on ability. They are very encouraging.
