Convenient and friendly.
You didn't disappoint, that wasn't the question.
The question was whether or not I'd recommend it, and I said there was a 60% chance of doing that, but the price-point, would be hard for me to defend to my friends who may find the price point high.
I don't have any interest in meeting people I work with at the gym therefore I would never recommend my gym to them. It's not indicitive of my satisfaction or dissatisfaction with Educogym.
The question is not the right one to ask if your objective is to obtain a temperature check of client satisfaction. The reasons a person may/may not recommend Educogym are many and varied and not directly correlated with client satisfaction.

I like that you know my name when I come in the door and always say Hi. Its a welcoming feeling. Secondly, its quick and the bathroom/changing area is spotless. When I needed ideas on the diet sheet, you were very quick to suggest ways to improve how I was eating.

The key element for me is the staff at the Blackrock Gym. The ladies on reception are always cheerful and welcoming (Rachel and Georgina) and full of advice and diet tips. Killian, my trainer is excellent, encouraging and tough in the correct measure, however, the other trainers Dean and Christine (and Keith I think is the third one?) are also great so it's never an issue who I end up training with. People are the key to the success of any business and Blackrock has a fantastic team!
Two things, can't fault the staff and for a person like me (lazy bones) who does like exercising, its perfect i.e., you're finished exercising before you start and you get results.

Great Service - gym on my doorstep but in additional staff are very friendly but also very much aware of their role to encourage and motivate and push you to your limits but they do it in a nice way so you look forward to going rather than dreading same.
