Small classes with instructors that design interesting classes and ensure that individual skills and needs are met. Classroom is always clan, and I’ve never had an issue with a reformer.
Great instructor
I like the instructors and the flow and content of classes. However class availability is disappointing. When I signed up I was shocked at how difficult it is to reserve classes. It appears you need to do it weeks out, or you have little chance of getting a spot. Query whether there is a limit to how many reservations one person can hog up at a time. Maybe it is just a problem of being oversubscribed and a small studio. I hope I can find the key to getting classes I want, otherwise I will have to look for a different studio!
Another excellent class taught by Aisha. If you think a Level 1 class is too simple, totally easy and only for newbies, think again. The movements were all basic and Aisha focused on form, but her subtle, minor changes made them challenging and delivered a solid workout. No sweating involved, but the class was clearly feeling the burn!
So many choices and great instructors! Also the Potomac studio is really nice.

RTR Pilates remains the very best choice in the area for Pilates. The facilities are great, the teachers are wonderful, reserving a spot is simple, and the classes are challenging.

Great "classic" Level 1 class. Having just returned to RTR from an almost 3 month hiatus to recover from surgery, this class was a perfect class for easing back in. As always, Jordan guided us through all the basic moves with spot on instructions (reminders) to keep form and pace. Thanks for treating me to an excellent lower body and core workout!
The instructors are knowledgeable and are willing to work with you- providing modifications if needed and giving you feedback so you can perform the exercises. The instructors have good energy and you leave class with a feeling of accomplishment.
