Regina was excellent. I am returning from major surgery and she kept half an eye on me the whole time. I knew what to modify and where I would find limits but she was nearby at all times making sure that every move was working. I was concentrating so hard that I didn’t even hear the music but I bet it was great. Can’t wait til the next class. I’m feeling stronger every day! Thanks Regina!

Instructors, very convenient location, class routines change and continually challenge.
Like the classes and think that it is helping to get my body in shape, strengthen my core and legs and hopefully lose some weight. Instructors have all been nice and informative.

Instructors! Jean Marie has the best energy, great instruction, extremely helpful, pleasant, and just makes us laugh for 50 minutes while she kicks our butts. Love the RTR community.
Fantastic approach to teaching, instructing. Good mix of instructors with their own tweaks and approaches to class. Some classes are intense, some are more stretchy/yoga. But all provide a great workout. I take four classes a week so I like to mix it up with more difficult intensity with a little bit more stretchy slower pace. I also like that all the instructors are constantly adding new moves or new twists to moves so it never gets mundane or boring.

The introductor was approachable and attentive during class. She proactively scanned the room to see if anyone appeared to be needing assistance.
Finally, an exercise that doesn’t push me to the point of actually breaking. The instructors are great at identifying what the goal or trick is to a move, letting you be sure you are working the right thing, and giving modification options (up or down) so we all get what we want out of each class.
I enjoy the small class structure and quality of the teachers, for the most part.
I love most of the teachers. I really like when they give suggestions to make something harder or easier.

I would like to see more jumpboard classes on the schedule. (The class I attended yesterday was fun in that Lisa utilized the jumpboard not for a jumping class per se, but as another tool in the arsenal.)
Great instructors!
I fully credit my Pilates routine for improving my cycling ability. On a recent trip to Spain I was able to tackle some pretty big hills and long miles (up to 40 per day) with very little time riding outside prior to the trip. It was all about the core and leg strength Pilates has helped me build. Thanks to all of my instructors at RTR for getting me cycle ready for this season!

The instructor was patient and very helpful in my first session. It was a good workout with modifications as needed which I found to be very useful.
