This is quite the timing! Just asked the Downtown K Street location if they had a suggestion box (they don’t). It would be sooo much harder better if the women’s locker room had two rows of benches vs the one. There is perfect space to add another bench and with only one there is not nearly enough space with all the lockers with more than a few people in same area. Love the new changes to floors there and use of equipment

I would Ike to see what classes are available I’m trying to find a barre class.. how do I do that? You are always adding new types of classes. Would love an easy way to locate a location and time.

I enjoy the classes and the heated pool classes.

The environment of the club is like a family. I wish there was more clubs available in certain areas so I don't have to travel so far. I go to the gym daily so hopefully this can be a factor.

It’s open and friendly. You have a nice selection of epuipmemt. The locker room is kept clean. Front desk does a great job.

The environment is very friendly and diverse. Everyone is non judgemental and very useful when any questions need to be answered. The staff is also very friendly and awesome.

LOVE GRAVITY and Erin as our "kick butt" instructor.

And Water Aerobics in the evening with Gilbert is OUTSTANDING.

But, we do need additional day time and weekend Water Aerobics options and instructors. The City pool a mile away offers more than twenty classes a week with multiple instructors, and styles of classes from Sassy Seniors in their warm pool to Work Your Tale Off deep water.

That I can go anytime... early morning and late night. That the staff is always very friendly.. and that they offer a decent amount of classes.

I love going to cff and I receive a feel good mentally and physically. What a great way to start my day.

The hours that you are open, no excuse for not going. The very friendly staff. The very wide assortment of equipment to exercise with is great. The two swimming pools. Great when grandchildren are visiting. I don't play basketball but the court's are very nice for those that do. I like to use the racquetball courts to warm up and exercise my heart before using the machine's.
